Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The wrong item was sent
  • Your order was cancelled before it was shipped
Non-Refundable Situations:
  • Custom QR stickers once activated or registered
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after product has shipped
How to Request a Refund

Please email us at admin@myriderid.com within 7 days of delivery, with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo(s) of the issue
  • A brief explanation

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
