Where to place your sticker
For best results, place your MyRiderID sticker on the back of your helmet, where it’s visible and easy to scan. You can also apply it to a flat surface on your fuel tank, visor, or even tail box. Avoid textured or uneven surfaces for maximum adhesion.

How do I register my profile after buying the sticker?
After purchase, scan the QR code to access the registration page. Fill in your emergency information to activate your MyRiderID. You can log in to edit your information anytime.
Can anyone scan the QR code?
Yes, the code is public-facing to allow quick access during emergencies. However, it only reveals limited emergency details, not your full profile.
Will my personal data be safe and private?
Yes. Your data is securely stored and only the essential emergency info will be shown when scanned. No sensitive data like IC/passport numbers are displayed.
Can I move the sticker to a new helmet?
The sticker is designed for one-time use. If you change helmets, you’ll need to purchase a replacement sticker, which you can link to your existing profile. However, you can purchase our multiple packs to get several stickers with the same QR and profile.
Can I use the motorcycle sticker for my bicycle helmet?
No. The motorcycle version has a different design and size. We recommend using the bicycle version for bicycle riders.
